Our proof of concept approach enables our customers to experience how our software solutions excel in their own environment. The proof of concept is limited to a few days in which we install our software solutions on the customer's own environment. It is the ultimate way to discover the power of Ikan 's software solutions, and experience the value adds to their critical business processes.
2. Education
IKAN offers instructor-led educational services for its software solutions to customers and business partners. Educational services are provided on site as needed or in one of our dedicated training rooms.

Our global customer support department is committed to offer best in class technical support services to our customers and business partners according to our Support Level Objectives (SLO). Our international support center in offers a variety of support options, including support in English, Dutch, French and German, 24x7 coverage, and communication via email, telephone and fax.
